The latest addition to Centennial Parklands’ sporting family is Monsters United – a kids soccer coaching business with an approach that focuses on skills, exercise, fun and developing each child’s potential.
Monsters United’s philosophy is simple: “Soccer is a fun game, which helps to build confidence and physical strength at an early age. We use professional coaching methods created with early child developmental principles in mind. Our sessions are age specific and focus on skills like coordination, balance and a variety of basic soccer techniques. The most important thing above all is that children enjoy various physical activities by maximising their own potential.”
Start them early and build good habits
A little about Ferenc…
The founder of Monsters United soccer club is Ferenc Varga. Ferenc was born in Hungary, a country where soccer has a long-standing tradition and it’s embedded in the local culture.
Ferenc is an internationally awarded commercial and fine art photographer with a great passion for soccer. After becoming a father himself Ferenc’s took an interest in children’s development and he felt compelled to work with the young little ones. Soccer seemed a natural choice as he is an FFA-certified coach and has loved and played soccer all through his life.
“Having my own child has changed my focus and helped me re-evaluate my goals and things I feel passionate about.”
Ferenc’s view is to take fun seriously!
