Mother's Day only comes around once a year and there is plenty to see and do at Centennial Parklands with your special person.
Reconnect to Mother Nature
Rejuvenate in nature this Mother's Day
We invite mothers and daughters to come celebrate, nurture and nourish your connection to each other as well as your connection to the Earth this Mother’s Day with our special mindfulness event.
Together you’ll experience some gentle and restorative movement, mindfulness, nature connection and eco-art in the lush green spaces of Centennial Park. No yoga or meditation experience necessary, we’ll simply let nature soak in through all our senses and share the healing and nurturing effects of remembering our deep connection with the Earth and each other.
