A triathlon unlike any other

DJ powered yoga, group meditation and of course, a 5km run (or walk!), Wanderlust 108 is a “Mindful Triathlon” focused on helping people feel great inside and out. Everyone is welcome to join this non-competitive day of empowerment, community and fun taking place at Church Grounds in Centennial Park.

It isn’t just about exercising your body and mind - there is plenty to do afterwards including workshops, the mindfulness marketplace packed with local vendors, talks from Australia’s most respected teachers and thought leaders, live musical talent and an array of surprises.

7:30 - 8:30 amCheck in, drop your bag, coffee time!

8:30 - 8:45 am  Pre-Run Stretch at the Main Stage

Pre-Run Stretch, warm-up and get ready to for the 5km loop in Centennial Park.

9:00 - 10:30 am 5km run/walk Triathlon Part 1 – fuelled by adidas

Triathlon Part 1: 5km run or walk - whatever you have to do to get across the finish line.

11:00 - 12:15 pm Yoga: Triathlon Part 2.

Triathlon Part 2: It's yoga time by the main stage. 

12:15 - 12:40 pm  Meditation: Triathlon Part 3.

Triathlon Part 3: A guided meditation to relax the mind.

The fun continues

For the rest of the afternoon you are free to chill out in the lounge, drop into a workshop, try AIReal yoga, grab some lunch or have a picnic in the Park.
