Kickeroos

Centennial Parklands is certainly the home of community sport in Sydney, and we aim to inspire a healthier and more active community. You may be interested to hear about an organisation operating in the Parklands that focuses on well-being for the whole family – introducing Kickeroos, Active8Kids and K Fit!

Let’s start with the kids…

Kickeroos

The Kickeroos program is headed by Nick Tredler, an FA qualified football coach from the UK with an Honours degree in Physical Education. He has spent more than 18 years coaching soccer on many different continents – his aim is to develop unique programs to enhance children’s soccer skills with ‘having fun’ at the forefront.

Nick believes that children learn best when they are having fun and he and his fellow coaches use this philosophy when planning all sessions.

Kickeroos provides children of all levels and all ages with a solid foundation in physical activity, along with social and overall well-being – for boys and girls ages, 18 months to 18 years!

They run term programs, school holiday camps and even birthday parties.
