Volunteer Programs

A number of the ongoing volunteer programs across Centennial Parklands are listed below. 

We currently have vacancies in the following programs:

• Bushcare - Bird habitat rehabilitation project and Guriwal Trail refurbishment - Every Wednesday from 9:30 am - 12:30pm
• Bushcare - ReLEAF  Parklands - Inner Sydney’s latest bushland rehabilitation project - Fortnightly Tuesdays from 1pm - 4pm
• Bushcare – Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub - two Sunday’s a month 9am – 12pm
• Bat Surverying - held on dusk (days vary) in February, May, August, November
• Bird Watching - held seasonally on three consecutive Thursday mornings in January, April, July, October
• Litter clean up - mid week between 9am - 4pm
• Nursery Assistants - held fortnightly Tuesdays from 9:30am-12pm
• Corporate Volunteers – Held weekly, Thursday form 9am - 12pm
