Volunteer Programs

A number of the ongoing volunteer programs across Centennial Parklands are listed below. 

We currently have vacancies in the following programs:

• Bushcare – Habitat Restoration Program and Guriwal Trail refurbishment - Every Wednesday from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Bushcare – Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub - two Sundays a month 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Bat Surveying – held on dusk (days vary) in February, May, August, November
• Bird Watching – held seasonally on three consecutive Thursday mornings (9:00 am – 12:00 pm) in January, April, July, October
• Litter clean up – mid-week between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Nursery Assistants – held fortnightly, Tuesdays from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Corporate Volunteers – held weekly, Thursday from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
