Q.1. Where can I download a copy of the Landowners Consent Application form?

Q.2. How do I submit my Landowners Consent Application?

Answer:  All applications must be submitted via email to the Property Services Team at property.services@gsp.nsw.gov.au

Q.3. How long will it take to process my application?

Answer: GSP aims to process, review, and respond to all applications within 15 business days. Any period where additional information or clarification is required is excluded from this timeframe.

Q.4. What supporting documentation will I need to provide with my application?

Answer: The supporting documents will depend on the type of Landowners Consent you require. For example: If you are seeking Landowners Consent for a development application (DA) your supporting documentation should include a copy of your DA application and all supporting documents, plans and reports that will be submitted with you DA application to council.

Examples of Supporting Documentation include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Site Maps

  • Detailed description of works

  • Drawings

  • Statement of Environmental Effects

  • Planning Reports

  • Traffic Management Plans

  • Noise Management Plans

Q.4. What if I do not provide all the required supporting documentation?

Answer: We will not be able to finalise your application until will receive all the required supporting documentation. If we require further documentation or additional information you will be advised via email of what is required. You will then provide the required information via return email. Any period where additional information or clarification has been requested and is yet to received is excluded from the application processing time.

Q.5. Can I submit a Landowners Consent Application on behalf of a tenant?

Answer: Yes. Please ensure that you complete the Applicants Declaration on page 5 of the form and the tenant has signed this declaration confirming you are authorised to act on their behalf.

Q.6. Will I receive an invoice or how can I make payment for the application fee?

Answer: There is an application processing fee of $150.00, this is charged per application received and must be paid in full by the tenant prior to your application being finalised.
