Centennial Parklands’ arboriculture team will be undertaking annual tree maintenance on Grand Drive from Tuesday 13 September 2022. The work is expected to be complete within 6-8 weeks, weather pending.
Work will begin at Equestrian Grounds opposite Ash Paddock and will be carried out in off-peak periods from 9am to 3pm each weekday. Mobile work areas will be set up and move around the Grand Drive circuit until it is complete.
While work is underway, some parking spaces along Grand Drive will be unavailable to allow our team to move large equipment. There will be minor changes to traffic conditions, including merging traffic into the bicycle lane around the mobile work site. Traffic controllers will be in place.
