Nightworks are scheduled to commence on 28 May 2023, as part of an intersection upgrade project by Waverley Council. These works are expected to last approximately two weeks, subject to weather conditions.
To minimise disruptions as much as possible, the night works will take place (Sunday through to Thursday nights) between 9pm and 5am. Activities generating loud noises, such as jack hammering and saw cutting, will conclude before 11pm.
During the night works, there may be changes to traffic conditions in the vicinity and Traffic Controllers will be present to provide guidance and ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
The intersection upgrade is aimed at improving the overall safety and functionality of the area, enhancing the experience for all park visitors and road users.
