Our Forest Bathing Walk is the antidote to high-stress, fast-paced modern lives. Studies have shown that being outside in nature has a many of health outcomes, for your mind, body and soul. End your week well on a Friday afternoon and de-stress in time for the weekend.
Informed by the Japanese practice of "shinrin yoku" or “forest bathing”, this type of mindful walking is calming and soothing to the nervous system and can help boost your immune system.
During this monthly program we’ll explore different pathways that help us reconnect to nature and ourselves for our own well-being. So break and get back to the great outdoors. Sessions involve:
