Exercise Your Moodwalk

Walk 5km or 10km for mental health and bring your friends!

Starting at 8am, the walk takes you on a journey through the sights and sounds of Centennial Parklands. Deck yourself and your friends in your brightest gear and challenge yourself!

Why walk?

One in five Australians are affected by mental illness each year. Mental illness can be overwhelming, crippling and isolating. 65% of people with a mental illness do not seek help. 

Walking together will provide the opportunity to start a conversation about mental health and the event will raise much neededfunds for Black Dog Institute. 

Bring your friends and colleagues, meet our Exercise Your Mood ambassador Michelle Bridges and fundraise $100 for mental health.

By walking and raising funds, you will support vital education programs provided to schools, communities and medical professionals.
