Holiday Theatre Fun - A Jolly Swagman's Tale

Pack your swag and travel back in time to find out about the life of a swagman back in the days.  Made famous by Banjo Patterson’s poem Waltzing Matilda, swagmen have become icons of Australian culture.

In times of hardship, men and women packed up all they had and went looking for work. Listen to their stories and learn who Matilda and Billy were.

Join us and experience an important part of Australian history.

Make your experience a whole-day adventure and visit our amazing Ian Potter Children’s WILD PLAY Garden before or after your program. Your kids can roam wildly around and test their climbing skills in the tree house and their speed in the slide – water play, tunnels, bamboo mazes guarantee a great experience for them (and there is a coffee cart for you!)
