ParkArts - Japanese Ceramic Platter with Lia Klugman

In this nature surrounded workshop it is a perfect environment to be taught step by step how to create your own Japanese style platter.

Using clay as the material, students are going to learn how to form the platter and add texture with found objects, such as pods and leaves.

Simplicity, nature and balance are used as our instinctive guidance.

You will be able to add colour through paint application of underglazes.
