The water feature at The Ian Potter Children’s WILD PLAY Garden is closed for winter from 1 July to 31 August.
This seasonal closure supports important maintenance work and helps conserve water during the cooler months, when the feature is used less frequently. This is in line with the approach taken at other playgrounds and aquatic facilities across Sydney.
The playground will remain open daily during July from 10am to 5pm, however will close during August for its annual maintenance program. This essential work helps ensure the playground remains safe, welcoming and enjoyable for all visitors.
We appreciate the community's understanding while these improvements are carried out and look forward to welcoming families back to the water feature when it reopens in spring.
