Day Hire <200 guests  $3,350 per day
Day Hire <300 guests  $4,000. per day
Day Hire <400 guests  $5,900 per day
Day Hire <600 guests  $8,100 per day
Day Hire <800 guests $9,750 per day
Day Hire <1000 guests  $10,950 per day
Bump In and Bump Out Day 50% of venue hire fee per day
 
Indoor Functions - Discovery Centre

Bond $1,000 - $10,000 At the discretion of Centennial Parklands.
Cancellation - 8 weeks or more from bump-in date 50% of fee Unless otherwise specified in the venue licence agreement.
Cancellation- between 4 and 8 weeks from bump-in date 75% of fee Unless otherwise specified in the venue licence agreement.
Cancellation- 4 weeks or less from bump-in date 100% of fee Unless otherwise specified in the venue licence agreement.
Security ranger - Weekday (6am - 6pm) $70 Fee subject to change. 4 hour minimum.
Security ranger - Weekday (6pm - 6am) $75
 		 Fee subject to change. 4 hour minimum
Security ranger - Saturday $82 Fee subject to change. 4 hour minimum
Security ranger - Sunday $105 Fee subject to change. 4 hour minimum
Security ranger - public holiday $125 Fee subject to change. 4 hour minimum

All fees and charges are for FY 2026-2027 and inclusive of GST.
