Photos of the Week: Mental Health Week at the Parklands

Tuesday 10 October was #WorldMentalHealthDay. Whether it is a 15 minute walk, strolling with your dog or just relaxing by one of our beautiful ponds, the mental health benefits of spending time in nature are endless.

Some benefits for mental health include:

  • Improved short-term memory
  • Stress relief
  • Improved concentration
  • Sharper thinking and creativity

Below is a round up of great photos that highlight all the ways the Parklands makes us ‘feel good’
