COVID-19 Information and Updates

Update current as of 19 October 2021

Safeguarding the health and safety of our visitors and staff is core to what we do at Centennial Parklands. We are closely monitoring and responding to Government health advice in this rapidly changing environment and are committed to keeping you up to date and safe with changes in the Parklands as restrictions ease.

The NSW Government is easing COVID-19 restrictions for community members who are fully vaccinated. From Monday 18 October, small outdoor gatherings and recreation is permitted in Centennial Parklands with up to 50 fully vaccinated people (2-person limit for people who are not fully vaccinated). Masks will no longer be required in outdoor settings for fully vaccinated adults. People under the age of 16 who are not fully vaccinated are allowed unaccompanied in all outdoor settings.

Proof of vaccination and a valid photo ID will need to be shown if asked by Police who will be patrolling the Parklands to enforce COVID-restrictions, including gatherings and social distancing.

Find out more about how restrictions are easing and current NSW Health orders.
