Terms and conditions of entry for Centennial Parklands Equestrian Centre video competition

All entries are subject to the following terms and conditions.
 
  1. The promoter is CENTENNIAL PARK AND MOORE PARK TRUST (The Trust), ABN 37 220 827 521, Banksia Way Centennial Park NSW 2021 Australia, ph. 02 9339 6699
  2. To enter, leave a comment on the Centennial Parklands Equestrian Centre resurfacing video posted on Facebook or Instagram guessing how many tonnes of sand were used in the resurface. The two comments which are closest to the correct answer will win a prize. Where more than two comments give the same answer or are equally close to the correct answer, winners will be randomly selected by Centennial Parklands marketing team.
  3. The promotion opens at 6pm AEST on Monday 27 July 2020 and ends at 6pm AEST on Monday 10 August 2020.
  4. The promotion will have two winners. The prize for each winner is one voucher each for a Park horse ride at one of the Centennial Parklands Equestrian Centre riding schools. The prize will be emailed to the winners.
  5. The total value of the two prizes is $440.
  6. All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur when entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
  7. The draw for the winners will take place on Tuesday 11 August 2020 at 11.00am AEST.
  8. Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The winners will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram.
  10. The prize will be awarded to a parent or guardian if the winner/s is under 18 years of age.
  11. Employees and their immediate families of the Trust and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
  12. It is the responsibility of the winner to follow the instructions provided to redeem their prize. Instructions will be provided via Facebook, Instagram, phone or email.
  13. The prize will be forfeited by the winner in the event that the winner does not redeem the prize. The competition will not be redrawn.
  14. The Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connected with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
