Terms and conditions of entry for Wedding Ceremony competition 2024
All entries are subject to the following terms and conditions.
The promoter is CENTENNIAL PARK AND MOORE PARK TRUST (The Trust), ABN 37 220 827 521, Banksia Way Centennial Park NSW 2021 Australia, ph. 02 9339 6699
To enter, entrants must fill out the form and their details including their name, email address and opt in for marketing communications. Centennial Parklands marketing team will use a random number select generator to select the winner of the wedding ceremony.
The promotion opens at 04.00pm AEST Monday 5 August 2024 and closes 11.59PM AEST Sunday 22 September 2024.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
The promotion will have 1 winner. The prize is a wedding ceremony at Centennial Parklands.
The wedding ceremony includes: exclusive use of the chosen ceremony location for three hours, including set-up and pack-down time; reserved parking for four standard size cars at a fixed location for the site for 3 hours; permission to take wedding photos in any other area of Centennial Parklands during the times booked pending availability and signage reserving the ceremony area.
The winner must book their wedding ceremony before 30 June 2025.
The winner will be announced by email to all participants (First name and last name initial) and be personally contacted via the email they provided in the form with instructions on how to redeem their prize.

The prize is valued up to $1150.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in an interview and have a story written about their wedding at Centennial Parklands for promotional and media purposes. The winner also agrees to provide a minimum of five (5) photographs from their wedding, with credit given to the photographer.
All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur when entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
The draw for the winners will take place on 21 September 2024.
Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize will be awarded to a parent or guardian if the winner/s is under 18 years of age.
Employees and their immediate families of the Trust and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
It is the responsibility of the winner to follow the instructions provided to redeem their prize. Instructions will be provided via email.
The prize will be forfeited by the winner in the event that the winner does not accept the prize by 5pm Friday 18 October 2024 or redeem their prize before 30 June 2025. The competition will be redrawn to select a prize winner.
The Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connected with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
