Terms and conditions of entry for Stars For Your Valentine competition 2024

All entries are subject to the following terms and conditions.
 

1. The promoter is CENTENNIAL PARK AND MOORE PARK TRUST (The Trust), ABN 37 220 827 521, Banksia Way Centennial Park NSW 2021 Australia, ph. 02 9339 6699
2. To enter, entrants must buy a ticket to the event Stars For Your Valentine at Centennial Park on Wednesday 14 February 2024. Centennial Parklands marketing team will use a random number select generator to select the winners of the wedding ceremony.
3. The promotion opens at 10.30am AEST Wednesday 31 January 2024 and closes 10.30am AEST Wednesday 7 February 2024.
4. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
5. The promotion will have 1 winner. The prize is a wedding ceremony at Centennial Parklands.
6. The wedding ceremony includes: Exclusive use of your ceremony location for three hours, including set-up and pack-down time; reserved parking for four standard size cars at a fixed location for the site for 3 hours; permission to take wedding photos in any other area of Centennial Parklands during the times booked pending availability and signage reserving the ceremony area.
7. The winner must book their wedding ceremony before 31 December 2024.
8. The winner will be contacted by email with instructions on how to redeem their prize.
9. The prize is subject to the Wedding Ceremony - Terms and Conditions at Centennial Parklands.
10. The prize is valued up to $1100.
11. All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur when entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
12. The draw for the winners will take place on 5 February 2024.
13. Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winners will be contacted via the personal email addresses provided in the event booking system Humanitix.
15. The prize will be awarded to a parent or guardian if the winner/s is under 18 years of age.
16. Employees and their immediate families of the Trust and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
17. It is the responsibility of the winner to follow the instructions provided to redeem their prize. Instructions will be provided via email.
18. The prize will be forfeited by the winner in the event that the winner does not redeem the prize or does not redeem their prize before 31 December 2024. The competition will not be redrawn.
19. The Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connected with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
