Terms and conditions of entry for Moonlight Cinema Free Ticket Competition February 2024

All entries are subject to the following terms and conditions.
 
  1. The promoter is CENTENNIAL PARK AND MOORE PARK TRUST (The Trust), ABN 37 220 827 521, Banksia Way Centennial Park NSW 2021 Australia, ph. 02 9339 6699
  2. To enter, entrants must comment on the Centennial Parklands post on social media platforms. The entrant comment must include the name of the movie they would like to see and a tagged user. They can enter the competition several times by creating several comments, but each comment must include a tagged user to be valid. Centennial Parklands marketing team will use a random number select generator to select the winners of the double pass tickets.
  3. The promotion opens at 10.30 am AEST 15 February 2024 and closes 10.30 am am AEST 18 February 2024.
  4. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
    The promotion will have 15 winners. The prize for each winner is two e-vouchers each for one Moonlight Cinema movie session of their choosing until 24 March 2024. The e-vouchers will be emailed to the winners.
  5. The total value of the e-vouchers for Moonlight Cinema General Admission is $200.
  6. All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur when entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
  7. The draw for the winners will take place on 20 February 2024.
  8. Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The winners will be contacted via the personal email addresses provided in the entry form.
  10. The prize will be awarded to a parent or guardian if the winner/s is under 18 years of age.
  11. Employees and their immediate families of the Trust and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
  12. It is the responsibility of the winner to follow the instructions provided to redeem their prize. Instructions will be provided via email.
  13. The prize will be forfeited by the winner in the event that the winner does not redeem the prize. The competition will not be redrawn.
  14. The Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connected with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
