Bush Food Experiences

Guided bush food experiences at Centennial Park

Join us at Centennial Parklands for a choice of unforgettable on-Country bush food experiences with Shared Knowledge. Follow a First Nations guide on the Guriwal Trail, discovering the connection between land, culture, and food. Learn to identify native bush foods, explore their benefits, and enjoy a tasting of dishes infused with these unique ingredients.

Each experience includes a guided walk, foraging for native fruits, seeds, and plants, followed by a tasting of bush food-inspired dishes. Choose from a morning tea, lunch, or cocktail and canapé evening, and connect to the rich traditions of First Nations culture.
