Greater Sydney Parklands is committed to creating better parks for people which is why the recent announcement to remove cars from parking on Upper Kippax is a welcome one. It is an important step towards realising the Moore Park Master Plan 2040 vision of the park as ‘a place for everyone’.
Upgrades to Upper Kippax are now complete, including a new wicket and returfing, enabling community cricket to be played in this area for the first time in decades. We will continue to maintain this field, in line with all playing fields to ensure we can continue to meet the growing demand for quality sporting facilities in the Moore Park area.
