External Moore Park Toll House works (Jan-Feb 2019)

Published on 21 Jan 2019

Major conservation works at the Moore Park Toll House continue to progress with restoration works to the main building nearly complete.

External works around the building are now underway to improve access, stormwater protection and services to the site.

Excavation works to install a new stormwater infiltration structure will take place up on the hill above the Toll House from Monday 21 January. This structure will be underground and the surface will be restored to its previous condition. Works to the main access road will begin in early February and will include new kerbing, stormwater drainage and resurfacing of the road.

All works are due to be completed by end of March, weather permitting.
