Event: Brazilian West Fields (9 February 2019)

Visitors to Centennial Parklands are advised that a private event will be taking place at Brazilian Fields West on Saturday 9 February 2019 from ​2.00 pm to 7.00 pm with up to 4,000 people expected. The event has minimal impact to the Parklands and the remainder of Brazilian Fields and all other fields will not be affected and remain open as normal.

Bump-in will commence on Thursday 7 February and will remain on-site until Monday 11 February 2019. The event site will remain fenced during this time for pedestrian safety. 

Large vehicles will be accessing the site from the Randwick Gates to the event bump in gates on Dickens Drive. Event traffic controllers will be on site to manage movements on Dickens Drive.
 
There are no road closures related to this event. On event day, Saturday 9 February, a drop off and pick-up zone will be in operation on Parkes Drive beside the Brazilian Fields from 1.00 pm – 8.00 pm.
 
Low levels of ambient sound will take place from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm on Saturday 9 February.
