Tree plantings near Robertson Road Gates (25 February)

Published on 13 Feb 2020

As part of a four-year plan, and with funding support from Transport for NSW, the arborists at Centennial Parklands have scheduled eight new trees to be planted near Robertson Road Gates.

This location was selected to extend and enhance the ornamental display of this entrance and with the guidance of the Tree Master Plan. The 'Fantasy' trees will provide vibrant autumn colour and summer blooms.

Cyclists will be temporarily merged with vehicle traffic for a very short distance to allow access into the tree planting site.

If you would like to learn more about the tree collection please visit our management plan here or if you would like more information about this tree planting project please visit our blog here
