Spring in Centennial Parklands is here!
Join our Centennial Parklands Rangers at Duck Pond, Centennial Park (see map) on Wednesday 3 September 2008 Park from 12.00 noon-1.00 pm for a spot of free bird watching - witnessing the nesting and feeding behaviour of young Cormorants and their parents.
Using the amazing 60x zoom of a spotter scope, park visitors will be able to view up close these large and spectacular birds in their elaborate nests.
Rangers will be on hand to answer any questions about these - or the wider range of wildlife that calls Centennial Parklands home.
