Throughout the year Centennial Parklands runs a number of competitions for park visitors and visitors to its website, Facebook and Twitter sites. Competitions range from lucky draws to photo competitions for adults, or colouring-in competitions for kids.
Prizes include tickets to events, free vouchers for visitor programs and school holiday activities, vouchers from many of our businesses and licensees or free samples of products and services across the Parklands.
Each competition will incorporate terms and conditions that should be read at time of entry.

Match these Centennial Park Mums to their babies. Mother’s Day is on Sunday 9th May, so we are taking the time to remember some of the mothers living in Centennial Park. Match the name of the animal with the name for its baby for your chance to win one of three passes to either Sophie the Swan or a Wildlife Workshop.

Email your entry to info@cp.nsw.gov.au , or drop it into the Visitor Information Counter next to the café (open 7 days a week) or post to Centennial Parklands Visitor Programs, Locked Bag 15, Paddington 2021 before 2nd April 2010. Terms and conditions
- By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 2-12 years old
- Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are eligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of entry.
- Only one entry is permitted per person. An entrant may only be eligible to win one prize. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
- To be eligible to enter, the competition you need to: submit the above table matching the correct babies to their mothers, complete with your name, age and contact phone number. Entries must be either posted to Kids Zone Competition, Locked Bag 15 Paddington NSW 2021 or alternatively drop your entry into the Centennial Parklands office between in the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday – Friday, or the Visitor Information Counter (open various hours).
- The promotion commences on 1 March 2010 and closes at 5pm on 2 April 2010. Only completed entries will be accepted.
- The judging will take place on 3 April 2010. The first three correct entries drawn will be the winners.
- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- The winners must be between the ages of 2-12 years old.
- In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact a winner, a redraw will be conducted.
- All entries submitted will become the property of Centennial Parklands for possible use in future promotions.
