Centennial Parklands Equestrian Centre

History

After 115 years, the Royal Agricultural Society relocated to Homebush Bay in 1997, with the former Showground vested in the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust.

Officially opened in June 1998, CPEC had been redeveloped by the NSW government to the tune of $10.3 million. Combining the pre-existing heritage buildings with new additions, such as the huge 75 x 40 metre Indoor arena, has a dazzling effect. The complex has a timeless atmosphere, blending a sense of history and tradition with the modern city skyline as a striking and contradictory backdrop.

Situated at 114-120 Lang Road between Fox Studios, the Entertainment Quarter and Centennial Park, CPEC is home to nine separate business and has accommodation for 210 horses. On site services include agistment, veterinary, produce store and farrier facilities.
