The Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park is awash with great cafes, cars, restaurants and takeaway outlets. Located off Lang Road in Moore Park (see map), the EQ (as it is affectionately known) is simply the place to go for a great night out, before or after a match at the SCG or SFS, or a leisurely lunch in a relaxed setting.

Moore Park Golf Bistro
A hidden gem that you really shouldn't miss. The historic 1913 Golf House at Moore Park Golf houses a great bistro upstairs with amazing food by Ettiquette Catering. The Bistro is located upstairs in the Golf House building, Moore Park (see map).
The operating hours are:
- Wednesday to Friday: 10am - 3pm
- Saturday to Sunday: 9am - 4pm
Moore Park Golf Patio Bar
The Patio Bar at Moore Park Golf is an al fresco cafe and takeaway counter at the rear of the Moore Park Golf House, Moore Park (see map). They sandwiches, hot takeaway drnks, and have a bar service for golfers to enjoy after their round.
The operating hours are:
- Monday to Tuesday: 7am to 7.30pm*
- Wednesday to Friday: 7am - 6pm*
- Saturday to Sunday: 7am - 8pm*
* hours may vary in winter
Moore Coffee is a kiosk/cafe operating at Robertson Road Fields. They offer takeaway food and drinks, providing an opportunity to sports users of the netball/basketball courts, sports fields, dog walkers and residents to enjoy a pre- or post-game snack. They are also available for BBQs and catering.
The operating hours vary dependant on sporting activities on the adjacent sports fields, however the operators are always willing to open and cater for one-off events and sporting functions 7 days-a-week. Call Sam on 0404 434 490 for more details and quotes.
Barbecues and picnics across Centennial Parklands
Centennial Parklands has been one of the most popular picnic spots in Sydney for generations. Every year thousands of people enjoy the great open spaces to gather with family and friends in the great outdoors.
Another popular feature of the Parklands are the eight free gas-powered barbecues available for public use. The barbecue in Moore Park is located near Bat and Ball Field.
There are a number of Rules and Regulations regarding picnics and barbecues, as well as a great new opportunity for large groups over 100 to book dedicated picnic sites in Centennial Park.
