School Holiday bookings

Different activities have different booking requirements. See the Events Calendar at left for detailed information on each event or activity. Prices for each activity are available on specific event pages.

Event ticket bookings

Booking details for major events in the Parklands are detailed on each event page in the Events Calendar at left. In most cases the event organiser will have a designated ticketing agency - which will be outlined on the specific event page.

Large Picnic Group bookings

Large picnic groups of 50 or more are required to notify the Parklands Office on (02) 9339 6699. As part of the notification process you will be required to complete the Picnic and Wedding application form.

Wedding bookings

Wedding ceremonies are welcome in Centennial Parklands. Venue hire opportunities are available at a range of locations, or ceremonies can be held in the open.

The Parklands Office must be notified on (02) 9339 6699 if. As part of the notification process you will be required to complete the Picnic and Wedding application form.

Birthday Party bookings

Centennial Parklands can organise birthday parties for children of all ages. To make a booking please call us on (02) 9339 6699. More information on birthday parties.

Due to popularity, it is recommended that bookings be made at least one month in advance.

Casual Sports Field bookings

To make a casual sports field booking, you must complete the Casual application form and Conditions of Use.

Seasonal Sports Field bookings

To discuss your seasonal sports field booking needs, please email your contact details to sport@centennialparklands.com.au and a Parklands representative will get back to you.

E.S. Marks Athletics Field bookings

Please complete the ES Marks application form. Please also read the Training and Competition Protocols.

Venues and Event Sites bookings

Please complete a Special Event Proposal Form for Major Events.

Centennial Square is a popular marquee site. To apply to use Centennial Square, please complete the Application Form.

Filming or Photography bookings

Commercial filming and photography is not permitted within Centennial Parklands without a permit.

Please complete either the Filming Application Form or the Photography Application Form.
