Join us for wildlife spotting
To be held on 22 October 2008
Join our Centennial Parklands Rangers at Duck Pond, Centennial Park (see map) on Wednesday 22 October 2008 from 12.00 noon-1.00 pm for a spot of free bird watching - witnessing the nesting and feeding behaviour of young Cormorants and Ibis.
Using the amazing 60x zoom of a spotter scope, Park visitors will be able to view up close these large and spectacular birds in their elaborate nests.
A Trust Ranger will be on hand to answer any questions about these - or the wider range of wildlife that calls Centennial Parklands home.
