Case studies have been selected to cover a diversity of business performance areas. A facilitated discussion and panel session will be held after the presentations to draw out tactics to look to improve revenue and business models for the parks industry.
Following an opening by Peter Duncan, Deputy Director General, NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet Office, the program will feature presentations from:
- Centennial Parklands (Steve Corbett, Director and Chief Executive)
- Foundation for National Parks and Wildlife (Leonie Gale, Chief Executive)
- Parks Victoria (Jennifer Wolcott, General Manager Corporate Strategy and Services)
- Sydney Harbour Federation Trust (Geoff Bailey, Executive Director)
- Sydney Olympic Park Authority (David Young, General Manager Operations and Sustainability)
We encourage you to come along to this seminar, which we trust will provide:
- Valuable information on business and revenue models;
- Tools or ideas that can be applied to your own agencies; and
- Opportunities for information exchange and for participants to meet with other park managers and relevant stakeholders.
Parks Forum looks forward to meeting with you in Sydney to progress this important discussion.
