Business

Business at Centennial Parklands

The Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust manages Centennial Parklands. It has over $800 million in assets under management and is more than 93% self-funded, with the remaining funds coming from the NSW Government.

The economic value of the Parklands to NSW exceeds $70 million per annum, and it generates more than $10 million a year from tourism. Many of the revenue-generating commercial activities of the Trust involve the adaptive reuse of existing venues and facilities, such as Moore Park Golf, the Equestrian Centre, Hordern Pavilion, Fox Professional Studios and the Entertainment Quarter.

It is estimated that at peak times, over 1,500 people can be employed across the Parklands in businesses and service providers located on-site.
