Promotions & Sampling
A number of regulations exist within the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Regulation 1994 that prohibit the undertaking of commercial activities on Trust lands.
As the purpose of promotions and samplings is to establish a commercial market for goods and services, it is classified as a commercial activity and therefore not permitted without the written permission of the Director and Chief Executive of the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust.
