Eastern Suburbs Dog Club 50th Anniversary

24 June 2012

9.00 am - 12.00 pm

The Eastern Suburbs Dog Training has a long association with Centennial Park dating back to the founding of the Club in the Musgrave Ponds area in 1962.

The Club is a self funded community service organization entirely run by volunteers, since 1962 they have educated thousands of dog owners on how to train and look after their dogs. They have an annual membership of around 700.

The Club has played a significant part of history and community life of Centennial Park and continues to do so. To celebrate this the Club will be holding a 50th Anniversary event on Sunday 24 June 2012 from 9:00am -12:00pm at the Musgrave Pond area.

There will be a range of activities and demonstrations of dog training with supporting information marquees and a sausage sizzle. There will also be food stalls and a roped of ring for dog training demonstrations.

This event is open to club members, guests and the public.
