These forms are interactive PDFs which allow you to type the applicable information directly into the forms. Prior to using these forms you must have Adobe Reader version 8.2 or above installed on your PC or Mac. These forms will only function correctly when opened in Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader can be freely downloaded from the Adobe Australia website.
Please open and save the form regularly to your hard drive. It can then be emailed as an attachment together with any other documentation as outlined in the form.
Wedding ceremonies (with photography)
Wedding ceremonies are welcome in Centennial Parklands. If you are interested in applying to have your special day in Centennial Parklands you are required to complete a Wedding Ceremony application form. If you book a wedding ceremony in Centennial Park, you do not need to complete an additional application for wedding photography as this is included.
Wedding photography only
If you are having your wedding ceremony elsewhere and you would like to have only your wedding photography in Centennial Parklands, you must apply for a permit, and pay the associated fees applicable. In this case, please complete a Wedding Photography form.
