Car Free Days
Four times a year, the internal roads within Centennial Park are closed to cars offering a great chance to enjoy a cycling or rollerblading session without the congestion of car traffic.
Why not leave the car behind, grab a ball or frisbee, and make use of the many cycle paths around your area which lead to Centennial Park.
Car Free Days are on the last Sunday of every season.

Mobility Access permit holders
Vehicles displaying a current RTA issued Mobility Access permit will be permitted access into the Park via the Jervois Ave Gate. They will be directed to wait until a Ranger Security escort attends the Jervois Avenue Gate and will then be escorted to their preferred location.
When ready to leave the location they must ring the Ranger on 0412 718 611. The Ranger will escort them out of the Park via Jervois Ave Gates.
This may take 15-20 minutes depending on other priorities.
